We advise you to refer the details and specifications mentioned below the product before confirming the transaction and moving ahead to purchase or avail any product or service.
Our cancellation, return and refund policies are mentioned hereinafter:
Cancellation Policy:Our cancellation policy is customer-oriented, feasible, and easy to follow.
It's our duty that the ordered product reaches in your hand safely on or before the reasonable time. Therefore, we initiate its process of delivery as early as we can, post receiving the confirmation of the order.
You retain the option to amend such order before the above-stated process begins. All you need to do to cancel the order is to follow the simple steps given below on our Handykart Application or Website:
Step 1. Click the "My Order" tab provided in the main menu section.
Step 2. Select the product or order you wish to cancel.
Step 3. Click on Cancel option.
Note that the product or any item ordered can be cancelled within 48 hours only from the successful purchase transaction on customisation products.
In case of any difficulty to cancel the order through our application or website, we request you to email us at cancel@handy-kart.com with appropriate details of the order to be cancelled including its order number or feel free to contact us on 7606805050 with our customer support executives. Our team will be happy to help and support you.
Refund Policy:
Your money is safe with us!
Once you cancel the order of any product or item, we immediately initiate the refund process.
The transaction or refund amount will be received in the bank account or the wallet by which the payment was successfully completed.
Note that the credit of the transaction or the refund amount is expected to reflect in your respective account or wallet within 3 banking days.
Return/Replacement Policy:
This policy provides you with the terms, conditions and the necessary criteria that you need to know for returning or replacing any product or item purchased from our Application or Website.
You have the option to return or replace the delivered product or item, only if:
1. The product or item is damaged with us.
2. The product or item is wrongly delivered to you.
3. The product or item is different from the ordered product in its shape, size or any other feature.
4. The product is not in the working or usable condition when delivered.
5. The product was unused, properly tagged and undamaged and no such any other harm caused to the product on your part.
6. The product possesses any kind of manufacturing defects.
The executive personnel (One who is coming at your door to receive the product) has the right to refuse the product if any above criteria remain unfulfilled.
The product mentioned under different categories can be returned or replaced within the specific time period or specified days from the delivery day. The information will be provided in the details and description mentioned below the product.
You will be ineligible to return or replace the product after the expiry of the mentioned period.
Note that the products that are specifically marked and mentioned in the specifications as "Non-Returnable” or "Non -Replaceable" cannot be returned or replaced.
Further, the products or items specifically customised or personalised as per your choice and needs cannot be replaced or return.
