Handykart’s motto is complete customer satisfaction. In case, if you are not satisfied with the services, you will get a refund providing genuine reasons for authentic products. Read carefully the fine prints of each deal before purchasing. The details about the services or the products are provided.
Our cancellation, return and refund policies are as follows:
Handykart cancellation policy is simple and user-friendly. In order to get your order delivered to you on time, we will start the process as soon as possible. As long as your product has not been processed you can cancel your order. Go to ‘My Order’ section under the main menu of your Handykart Application/Website/App and select the item or order you want to cancel. You can cancel your orders within 48 hours of booking from your order page. In case you are unable to cancel the order online, you are requested to immediately email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or get in touch with our customer support team on 7606805050 along with your order number. An item can’t be cancelled after processed or the order placed.
After successful cancellation, the refund will be initiated online and will be issued to the original source account provided at the time of purchase. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within 7 banking days.
There is no option to return/replacement of orders as the items are customized / personalized according to your specific needs.
Return will be processed only if:
- 1: Ordered products are physically damaged while in our possession.
- 2: The product is different from what was shipped to you.
- 3: Products that are marked as “Non-Returnable” will not be returned.
